Sweaty Betty is known for it's great community classes, clubs and roadshows, so it wasn't a huge surprise when I heard that they were taking over Frame Shoreditch to celebrate the launch of their new boutique...although that's not to say I wasn't excited!
For one afternoon only Sweaty Betty had the run of Frame, offering a huge range of classes for just £5 each!
I was a little strapped for time as I was rushing off to my friend's hen party, so I opted for Frame Camp - 30 minutes of HIGH IMPACT intervals for a seriously effective workout and an insane endorphin high!
And oh my goodness was it good! 15 minutes of conditioning followed by 15 minutes of hill/sprint intervals on a treadmill was a format I loved - I could really push myself knowing all I had was a short window of time, it was unbelievably satisfying! Definitely a class I will be checking out again!
Post class, Sweaty Betty was there with some lovely goodies for everyone taking part - I mean, who doesn't like neon stripy socks and the best headbands in the world (seriously, my current one is so sweat covered and gross because I have used it so much!). Oh and a free pass to check out Frame Queens Park!
This was my first experience of a class at Frame, and I was really impressed. A relaxed and informal space that aims to make getting fit fun, it definitely ticks a lot of boxes for me! With a range of membership options and offers, classes at Frame are really competitive, plus there are so many different ones to try! Coupled with touches like kit hire (because everyone can be forgetful), quality toiletries and styling tools in the changing rooms, as well as an ace central location, there really isn't anything that isn't attractive about Frame!
