Exam stress is real, and having sat hundreds of exams between then Bethan and Lau know what it feels like to be under pressure. Although Bethan's days of exams are behind her (for now), Lau is in the middle of medical school finals, and in this episolde they talk about how to manage exam stress and keep your cool when the going gets tough!
