Marathon Tips - Stephanie

Paris will be my first marathon. It's a daunting prospect. Thankfully some pretty awesome people have agreed to share their top tips with me (and you!) as I work out how to run 26.2!

This week, Stephanie!

My tip is plan, plan, plan but be prepared to throw it out and make a new one on the spot.
1. plan you training
2. plan new routes
3. plan to meet non running friends at the end of long runs
4. plan to run with running friends

But when you pitch up at the marathon after months of training in 0'c and it turns out to be 20'c and you have to change your whole outfit and water strategy - that's okay, go with the flow and enjoy it!
